Jason Byrne

Jason Byrne is probably the most exciting live stand up performer in the world today.  I know, sounds like some overstated press drivel but as anyone who has seen him live will testify, it isn't. Jason is also the biggest selling comedian at the Edinburgh Fringe festival ... ever! Now that just sounds like a lie ... but it isn't. Such is Jason's popularity in Australia that next year he may have to spend at least 3 months there, I only tell you this because this tour may be your only chance to see him in Ireland for quite some time. Because apart from the rest of the world wanting him for all their very own, this autumn alone he will be working on a 5th series of ‘Anonymous' (RTE2), The Wildside (BBC1), a third series of ‘The Jason Byrne Show' (BBC Radio 2) and a new radio sitcom ‘Father Figure' (BBC Radio 2).
