Following last autumn’s sold-out U.K. & U.S. tours and recent announcement of Australian and Japanese dates this summer, The Beta Band have announced two further headline dates in Newcastle and Dublin

They have previously announced headline appearances at the Manchester Psych Fest in September and TRNSMT in Glasgow in June and will also be playing this summer’s Latitude and Green Man Festivals.

Arguably one of the most acclaimed and loved bands of the time, by both fans and their musical peers alike, The Beta Band formed in 1996.

Innovative and singular, The Beta Band’s unique musical and aesthetic approach to everything they did set them far apart from their musical contemporaries. Together for a relatively short period of time, their three albums, The Beta Band (1999), Hot Shots II (2001) & Heroes To Zeroes (2004), would nonetheless help define them as one of the most exciting and cherished bands of their generation.

This last six months has seen them reform and play live for the first time since 2004 and reissue their 1998 compilation of early single release, The Three Eps to much critical acclaim.
